Many of our products are handcrafted or prepared in small batches. Because of the nature of handcrafted products, slight variations in color, appearance, texture, fragrance, weight, or packaging may occur. These variations do not necessarily indicate a defect.
 

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display and describe our products. However, colors and other visual details may appear differently depending on your device or screen settings.
 

3. FRAGRANCE PREFERENCES

Fragrance is subjective, and individual scent preferences and perceptions vary. Product descriptions and fragrance notes are provided to help customers make informed purchasing decisions but do not guarantee that a fragrance will smell the same to every individual.
 

Dissatisfaction with a personal fragrance preference does not constitute a product defect.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, typographical, product-description, or other errors appearing on our website.

5. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

Submitting an order does not necessarily constitute final acceptance of the order by Beacon of Grace LLC.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, incorrect pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, payment-processing issues, or circumstances that prevent us from safely or reasonably fulfilling the order.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the appropriate amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated otherwise. Beacon of Grace LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, natural disasters, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should promptly contact us regarding packages that arrive damaged or when there is a delivery-related concern.
 

7. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Due to the personal nature of our home fragrance and body-care products and for health, safety, and sanitation reasons, all sales are final, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

We generally do not accept returns or exchanges or provide refunds for products that have been delivered as ordered.

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product selections, fragrance choices, quantities, shipping information, and other order details before completing a purchase.
 

8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

We take care when preparing and packaging orders. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please contact Beacon of Grace LLC within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product and packaging when applicable.

Claims will be evaluated individually. When a claim is approved, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Please retain damaged products and packaging until your claim has been reviewed.
 

9. PRODUCT USE & SAFETY

Customers are responsible for reading and following all instructions, warnings, ingredient information, and safety information provided with our products.

Candles and wax products should always be used according to the safety instructions provided. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep candles and heated wax away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.

Room and linen sprays should be used only as directed. Customers should test sprays on an inconspicuous area before applying them to fabrics, as materials may react differently.

Personal-care products should be used externally and as directed unless the product specifically states otherwise. Discontinue use if irritation or an adverse reaction occurs.

Our products may contain fragrance oils, essential oils, plant-derived ingredients, oils, butters, or other ingredients that may cause sensitivities or allergic reactions in some individuals.
